      刘宁,1966年3月生,博士,研究员,博士生导师,四川大学物理学院副院长,四川省学术与技术带头人,中国科协科技人才奖项评审专家,四川省专家评议(审)委员会委员。

       1986年7月毕业于四川大学放射化学专业获学士学位,1989年7月毕业于四川大学放射化学专业获硕士学位,并留校工作;在此期间,1998.02–1999.02年公派至美国布鲁克海文国家实验室(Brookhaven National Laboratory, USA)从事访问研究,2006年毕业于四川大学核技术及应用专业获博士学位。现任中国辐射防护学会环境放射化学分会副理事长,中国核学会锕系物理与化学分会副理事长,中国核学会同位素分会常务理事;同位素及药物国家工程研究中心学术委员,辐射物理及技术教育部重点实验室学术委员,中国核能行业协会第三届委员会核技术应用组委员,国防科技工业核动力技术创新中心专家委员会委员,中核放射性药物工程技术中心技术委员会委员;《同位素》副主编,《Nuclear Analysis》编委,《核化学与放射化学》、《核动力工程》、《四川大学学报(自然科学版)》等期刊编委。曾任中央军委装备发展部军用核基础技术专业组成员,中国同位素与辐射行业协会常务理事,核废物与环境安全国防重点学科实验室学术委员,中国核学会核化学与放射化学分会常务委员。

       一直从事核技术及应用、放射化学与核化学等领域的科研与教学工作。作为负责人先后承担国家自然科学基金、国防科工局、教育部、四川省等科研项目40余项;已在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Environ. Sci. Technol., Inorg. Chem., Chem. Eng. J., Nucl. Med. Biol、ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.等国际知名学术期刊上发表SCI论文200余篇,其中作为第一或通讯作者100余篇;获省部级科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖1项,授权国家发明专利20项;先后主讲5门本科和研究生课程,招收培养博士、硕士研究生60余名,获四川省高等教育教学成果二等奖1项。
